All the upcoming iPhone models are expected to come with 8GB RAM.
This year, Apple is anticipated to introduce four new smartphones as part of its iPhone 16 series. The forthcoming iPhone 16 versions are anticipated to have 8GB of RAM, according to a report by Haitong International Securities analyst Jeff Pu.
In contrast, the iPhone 15 Pro models have 8GB of RAM, while the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus handsets have 6GB.
The iPhone 16 and 16 Plus devices might also feature speedier Wi-Fi 6E connectivity. Only the iPhone 15 Pro devices are able to use this feature at the moment.
Pu thinks that Apple will replace the Qualcomm Snapdragon X70 5G modem that comes with the 2023 iPhone 15 series with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X75 5G modem for the iPhone 16 Pro variants. The more sophisticated X75 modem will only be available in the Pro versions; the standard iPhone 16 and 16 Plus will continue to use the older X70 modem.
Four new models were released in 2023 with the launch of the iPhone 15 series: the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Features including an Always-On display with ProMotion technology, a customisable Action button, an improved A17 Pro CPU, and a sophisticated camera system with telephoto capabilities are all featured in the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max.
