Fighter movie review
The following passage was taken from the Fighter review in Hindustan Times: “Bollywood has an unending passion for presenting stories of India and Pakistan on the big screen. And when a filmmaker wants to add an excessive amount of excitement and adrenaline, the subgenre of war drama takes precedence. The latest visual extravaganza from Siddharth Anand, Fighter, has raised the bar in the genre—mostly for the better. Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone portraying elite combat aviators in what is billed as India’s first aerial action movie, Fighter delivers a captivating experience that is equally amazing. No, it’s not perfect, but to be honest, the almost faultless screenplay keeps you interested and involved to the point that you hardly notice the flaws.”
