Ravichandran Ashwin received the invitation from Venkatraman C, the vice president, and Dr. SG Suryah, the state secretary for the BJP in Tamil Nadu. Earlier, MS Dhoni received the invitation at his Ranchi home from top RSS official Dhananjay Singh. Karmaveer Singh, the BJP’s organising secretary, was there for the event. Singh stated that upon receiving the invitation, Dhoni and his family conveyed their satisfaction.
An invitation to the Ram Mandir consecration ceremony in Ayodhya was sent to the elite Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin on Friday. He received an invitation to the much awaited temple consecration at his Chennai home. The invitation was given to him by Vice President Venkatraman C and BJP State Secretary Dr. SG Suryah of Tamil Nadu.
